Eyes are one of the most important organs in the human body and vision is one of the most wonderful gifts to human being. So it becomes necessary to take proper care and attention of our eyes to keep it healthy and beautiful.

- Start taking of vitamin A diet to make eyes brighter. Vitamin A includes papaya, eggs, fish, milk, and cilantro.
- Put sliced cucumber and potato over your eyes to treat dark circles.
- If your eye twitches, or eyes become red or feeling itchy so massage your scalp with curd.
- Dip a cotton pad in Luke warm milk and cover eyes with it for 15 min.
- Wash your eyes with cold water every day.
- If you are sitting continuously in front of computer for 4 to 5 hours, and you are getting several pains in your eyes, so blink your eyes 5 to 6 times. This will give you quick relief.
- To relax your eyes, rotate your eyeballs clockwise and anti-clockwise 10 to 15 times each.
- Breathing exercises and yoga’s are good for eyes.
