The Research has found that when the women make sexual relationship they create amounts of the hormone estrogen, which makes their skin smooth and shine.

Sex helps your skin to glow brighten. It is said that having sex improves blood circulation, which helps to drive oxygen to your skin which result in brighten skin. Sex also helps to wipe out toxins. Sweating while having sex purify the skin pores, making the skin brighter and reducing the risk of developing dermatitis. Eyes – A Natural Gift.

Eyes are one of the most important organs in the human body and vision is one of the most wonderful gifts to human being. As it is, the most sensitive part of our body is needs lots of care and attention especially in this busy life style. But many people ignore the importance of eye care and do not pay proper attention towards eye care.

Now days we spend most of hours in front of computer, and with so much pollution in the atmosphere due to this eyes-related disease like poor vision and irritation in eyes have become common to all. So it becomes necessary to take proper care and attention of our eyes to keep it healthy and beautiful.

The following are some eye care tips for beautiful and attractive eyes:

  • Start taking of vitamin A diet to make eyes brighter. Vitamin A includes papaya, eggs, fish, milk, and cilantro.
  • Put sliced cucumber and potato over your eyes to treat dark circles.
  • If your eye twitches, or eyes become red or feeling itchy so massage your scalp with curd.
  • Dip a cotton pad in Luke warm milk and cover eyes with it for 15 min.
  • Wash your eyes with cold water every day.
  • If you are sitting continuously in front of computer for 4 to 5 hours, and you are getting several pains in your eyes, so blink your eyes 5 to 6 times. This will give you quick relief.
  • To relax your eyes, rotate your eyeballs clockwise and anti-clockwise 10 to 15 times each.
  • Breathing exercises and yoga’s are good for eyes.

       A part from this keeps some important points in your mind that will help you a lot.The points are as follow:
  • Always keep your eyes clean
  • Do not rub your eyes directly in a case some fine material enters into your eyes.
  • Quit Smoking as it causes several eye related disease.
  • Avoid stress and tension as it causes several diseases.
  • Person suffering from diabetes should do regular eye exercise to keep their strong.
  • Drink plenty of water.
These points will help us maintain our eyesight.
